Hey Everyone!
I've been MIA for the last few months as I have been working in Long Beach full time during the week living out of a hotel monday through friday and back in San Diego on the weekends. Also, I have been moving in San Diego when I am back on the weekends so I've been very very busy to say the least!

On to business.... I have had my lift parts sitting in my garage since last spring and I think I will have a free weekend the second/third weekends in November. I would really like to get my lift on FINALLY!

Here's what I have:
- 2010 SE Xterra
- Radflo 2.0 coilovers (bought used and had them sent to Radflo to get rebuilt. They didn't come with any bolts or anything. Do I need any new bolts?)
- PRG UCA's (These are used and I didn't get any bolts with them. Any idea if I need new/different bolts than stock?)
- Cam bolts for front
- Bilstein 5125's for rear
- Nisstec AAL for rear
- shims for rear

I don't really have the tools or space to do the work myself. I also like to consider myself handy, but I am always so afraid to screw things up so any help I can get from someone or people that actually know what they're doing would be a HUGE help!!

If there's any bolts or anything that I need to get ready for this, please let me know. Thanks in advance for any help and/or advice!

There is some hardware you wil need.
Front RadFlows
Greg makes these little bits that alow the lower mounts to work. OE bolt will work.
UCA
The bolts and hardware that attatch everything to the spindle will be needed.
If you cut the drived rear bolt to remove OE UCA, you'll need a replacement.
Add a leaf
If you keep the overload leaf...youll need new U-Bolts
Rear shocks
I dont know about Bills but my RadFlo's needed new lower bolts and used similar lower spacers/adaptor.
Like the front. The upper shock bolts will carry over.
Your welcome to my place and tools. Im near Pasadena.

What toro said, make sure you have the spacers for the lower eyes on the coilovers, same thing for the upper control arms.  When I get home I will look through my pictures and see if I've got some so you can see what your gonna need.

Driver's side bolt replacement spec:

14mm x 90mm, 1.50 bolt.  Grade 10.9 (metric equivalent of Grade 8 sae)

Suitable nylon locking nut to match.

Also, this thread is a good study guide for the front PRG/Radflo install:

Depending on my weekend schedule, this might work.  I live kinda far away though Justin... ;)

I don't have as much experience with the leaf springs...but front end stuff is pretty familiar at this point.  Toughest part of Chad's mod list is cutting the drivers side UCA bolt.

Depending on date and time and possibly location I am more than willing to help lend a hand and some tools. Keep us posted

How about I just say November 10/11. I would like to do it somewhere in/near San Diego just in case something doesn't go right and I am out a vehicle for a couple of days.

The only thing that would push this back is if I don't get the extra bolts/parts that are needed, but I will work on getting those this weekend.

A location is what I would need, in addition to a jack and jack stands. I do have a decent jack that might do the trick but a lift would be AMAZING though! I will spray as many bolts as I can with PB Blaster, especially the LCA's. Please pray for me that the LCA bolts aren't seized!!! :)  I may also need some tools.

I can provide some food and drinks for people helping/hanging out.

Thanks everyone!!

I'm in Mira mesa and have a driveway and tools.  I'm available that weekend.  Take pictures of all the parts you have and we will be able to figure out what you are missing.  At the very least you need one upper control arm bolt, since its easier faster to cut it.  Did your coilovers and control arms come with the silver spacers that go into the heim joints?

When I get back in town on Friday, I will get out all the rear parts and take a picture. All of the rear parts are brand new and as far as I know I have the following:
- Nisstec AAL
- New U-bolts
- Bilstein 5125's

Let me know if I am missing anything so I can start getting the parts and pieces and make some phone calls to confirm with experts.

I hope your werent taking pictures in the nude with your parts, that's disturbing.  Looks like you've got most of what you need, all I see missing would be the bolts for the top of the coilovers, but those should be easy/not special, 6 bolts, 12 washers and 6 matching nylock nuts, not sure on size or length.
