Funny. Except maybe the shoe laces, how can you fix your X on the trail with the remainder of your list?  ;)

Beer...

I was going to say hacksaw, but then i found it pretty good list.

Might have to start putting together some of these smaller items in some sort of go bag.

In the military ground style guys have a go bag...  Normally carries 3 days worth of supplies, basically a larger backpack.  For all the items not normally on the x it would likely fit in there!

These are all great suggestions!  ;D ;D

Can anyone provide information as to what parts on the X coincide with what size wrench or socket? I'll add them to the list to be sure we cover all the necessary parts.. ???

Along with a crap load of stuff.
   I carry a set of
1/4 sockets
1/4 deep sockets
3/8 sockets
3/8 deep sockets
A set of box wrenches
All metric. You never know what youll need. From battery terminals, to shock mounts and axel nuts.

I also carry a serpentine belt, tensioner, radiator hose, tie rods, a half axel, air tools and not your everyday computer reader.

Throw in a couple ratchet straps.  They can be used from broken motor mounts, broken leaf spring centerbolts, re-inflating a blown bead in a tire.  Need I go on?
