I got an email from Greg Hoffman with an attachment that he's asking to have filled out.  Looks like it's the 2013-2014 agreement.

Am I to fill this out myself or do we fill this out as a group?

Anyone know?

Well it looks like he sent it to everybody.   I just completed the form and sent it back.   I really couldn't figure out what he wanted either.   The only thing that looks like we need to be consistent with is Agency and I set it to SCCX.   

I'm sure that he is filling squares, so if at least a few of us fill it out and send it in.  We will be fine.
