AZXC New Year's Day Run
« on: November 30, 2011, 02:15:56 PM »
Alright guys and gals...anyone up for a run to "The Zone?"

Marcin (11Pro4X) is putting together a run on New Year's Day with some of the Arizona Xterra Club members, and I would like to see if there is any interest here for some of our members to attend.

Here is the link over on thenewx: http://www.thenewx.org/forum/showthread.php?t=47697

Check it out and let me know if we want to put together a caravan.

Wow That looks like a fun trip.  I'm sorry that I have a commitment this weekend or I would certainly like to join you folks.

BTW John, What runs did you do in Moab when you were there last?

Alex and I ran Top of The World and Fin's N Things.  Since we were running solo, I kept the trails familiar and fairly obstacle friendly.  It was his first trip too, and I didn't want to scare him off.

Here is a picture he snapped on Fins...

I am 50/50 Jason.

Trying to coordinate my son's vacation time, but I posted this up so we will see.  I am hopeful.

For sure.

It is just going to come down to the usual:  timing and finances.

I am also starting to save for Moab for May next year.
