HAM Mod evening
« on: December 28, 2015, 12:41:59 PM »
Just wondering if anyone was available to help me do a 2m radio install on Wednesday (12/30/15) during the day or evening in the San Diego area? I'll travel to you and spring for a meal after. I have everything needed to wire it up and install. The reason I do not want to do this by myself is I want to make sure I get the antenna positioned properly for optimal performance and may need some help positioning the radio where it will be mounted so a second opinion is greatly welcomed.

Huge thanks to The Duffman for opening up his garage for my radio install and his lovely wife for providing home made cookies!! I really appreciate watching The Duffman taking some time to help teach my son about electrical workings and soldering, was a proud Dad moment to watch. Man I'm happy with that install!!!!!!!!!

The caliber of the rank and file with this group is just over the top. They definitely pitch in to help on the quick and don't leave anyone behind. I've never had a bad experience with these guys and I'm darn sure I won't. You found yourself a really great bunch of folks here that's for sure.
