Title: PRG Customer Service

So I called Greg at PRG on Wednesday to order a 3" lift.  While talking with him he mentioned he was coming down to SoCal for a family visit.  He offered to fast-track my order and said I could meet up with him to pick it up.  I got most the order today and the back ordered rear springs should arrive late next week.  He didn't have to do that but I was happy he did.  So far so good.

Greg really seems to work his butt off...I exchanged several emails and phone calls with him as I was doing my lift.

Not surprised. Greg is a stand up, honest guy. When I bought my lift kit from him he was still working out of his garage in Riverside.

 I know people who he did the lift in his driveway.  He has my vote and he gave mew an Military discount. Either way I like to help out the smaller guys anyhow for this reason.

We should all be thankful that Greg provides great products and service for the Xterra, he definitely goes above and beyond.
