For those who are interested Adler Publishing has their annual end-of-summer sale going on now.

Use code ES4 to get an additional 40% their books which are already marked below Amazon.com's retail prices. Offer expires August 15th so you have to hurry.

I bought the SoCal Backcountry Adventure Series years ago and added spiral bound copies of the California Trails for the South Coast, High Sierra, and Central Mountains. The retail was $109 but with the 40% discount it was $68 with shipping.

Can't ever have too many trail books.  ::)

Awesome!  Thanks for the heads up.  I could use a few myself.  Like you said, you can never have enough trail books OR maps.
