Finally got to posting up pics of my new Flowmaster Series 60 exhaust I picked up and the Hillside Pick-A-Part for $30. Used Flowmaster 2.5" in/out and a 2.5" in/out resonator, 2.25" flex joint added b-4 main canister, 2.25" piping with pie-cuts welded. On test drive, it feels stronger on the bottom end thru mid-range which what I was looking for. Top end feels the same.

OE canister had the seams bust open. Still passed smog though.

Flex joint on Y-pipe was also falling appart.

Replaced OE flex joint on Y-pipe with same size using pie-cuts.

Added a 2.5" in/out resonator (looks like a Cherry bomb but internals are different) to help keep the sound down.

Purchased a pre-filter also.
