Title: Big Bear Trails
Post by: GUANO on January 07, 2010, 04:15:24 PM: I plan on going up to Big Bear this weekend. Can anyone recommend a good trail? Maybe some snow encounters? Anyone else interested is welcome to come as well.

John bull few inch lift 33's and bumpers/ sliders good to have on that trail
Dishpan you could make with tires and lift, there is bypasses for the gnarly sections.

Gold mountain is supposed to be a pretty easy trail. I havent done it but here is a few photos of some dude in an LR3

I'm just not trying to damage it before I get some armor. Like I said at second look that trail looks a lot easier because you can clearly see the easy path next to the big rocks lol. Right now my X is pretty sharp for being a 2002 so I'd like to keep it halfway decent.

I did rattlesnake close to stock and then followed brian down a black diamond and still did ok.Maybe a couple of puckers.
