I thought I understood/spoke Canadian but apparently I don't understand it as well as I thought. Can someone please tell me what he said, in American English?

A quick translation: "Look ma no hands eh" which is equivalent to the American Redneck of "Hold my beer and watch this" of course both do not involve helmets, OSHA regulations, safety restraints, chewing on lead based paint chips or any form of common sense. Basically in simple terms a really great time!
