I'll bring my big 3-burner stove and 38" griddle. I will also bring plenty of bacon for community breakfast on Sunday morning. The griddle is available for anything on Saturday night, if someone needs a surface to cook on.

I will be happy to make my Dutch oven enchelada casserole for Saturday night.  I can make it the same (no-meat) as I did for CANVAZ2015 or I can add meat this time.  Let me know about your preferences.

Awesome...con carne por favor!!

As mentioned in the trip plan thread, I will be toting the Camp Chef 2 burner Explorer with 14" griddle for Saturday meal prep and Sunday breakfast.

I'm experimenting with a couple of Dutch oven cornbread recipes to add to the group menu for Saturday.

In honor of SCCX tradition...we will eat well in the desert!!

Chili cook off commitment vs. good times in the desert...

Does not compute.

Your mad sausage skills will be soooo missed.

No pressure.

But you look really sick.

So Jake is joining the group on this trip but is a 19 yr old that believes his casadillas are gourmet food so you probably don't want him fixing food for anyone.  Can he chip in to all this with ingredients or money?  My wife is sending him with a bunch of awesome homemade cookies.  He won't be 19 anymore on Sunday but I doubt his cooking skills will change.  Meanwhile my wife and I get to drive 44 hours to Texas and back to pick up a lightweight camper I can tow with the X.

What kind of person questions cookies?  Like really, does it even matter if they are chocolate chip cookies?  Are you going to snub your nose at them because you already had chocolate chips that day?  I think not.  Just make sure to bring milk, I know I am. :D

It looks like we have three main courses for Saturday dinner, plus fireside meat snacks and cookies.  Sunday looks like pancakes, eggs, and bacon.  It doesn't look like any of us will be losing weight this weekend!  Here's an idea - you could skottle up some hash browns (a bag or two of the frozen variety) to go with breakfast.

To answer your rhetorical question; an anti-social, snobby, snubbin', smelly, son of a sodomized Somalian snicker doodle snacker.
Oh, I almost forgot the milk, good call Jordan 8)
