Anyone off of work tomorrow and want to hit Rattlesnake Canyon to Pioneer Town or BigBear?

0730 - Meet at Starbucks in Laverne.
Gateway Pointe, 1181 Foothill Blvd, La Verne, CA 91750

0845-0900 - Meet at Starbucks in Apple Valley
14848 Bear Valley Rd, Victorville, CA 92395

Leave SB no later than 0915 and go to trail head.

Just a heads up.  I'm in big Bear now and it's a zoo.  You wouldn't believe how many idiots are up here without chains.  Yesterday big Bear Blvd looked like a demolition derby meet.  It's been fun with 18" of fresh powder but the crowds suck.

We were listening to the BB repeater on the way up and heard it was a mess. We decided to head to Pioneer Town instead.

Was there any snow around Viscera Springs where Rattlesnake Canyon meets up with 2N02? I was hoping the snow level got down that low.

Yes.
   Off the trail, there was an even 1-2" of snow at the intersection with 2n02.
