Title: Bumper time!
Post by: FixItGuy on September 28, 2015, 05:16:08 PM
Howdy!

Mike/Mr Painroller/Fixitguy here... Anybody up for helping me muscle a winch and plate bumper onto the Mule after work this week? Barb and I got the rear installed yesterday; but I'm going to need some extra oomph (and probably a floor jack) to get the front bumper where it needs to be.

Let me know. Thanks!

Extra hands would be most welcome!  And we can supply pizza and beer!   ;D

Since we live in an apartment, it would be awesome if we could come to someone's driveway to get this thing done.  ;)

Oh I do, but I have a class tomorrow after work.  Have fun!

I hear an engine hoist works really well.  That's what Jordan told me.

It sounds like I'm late to the party, but my Fallbrook garage is wide open if it helps in any way :-*

A transmission jack makes hefty bumpers super easy to install with one person.

I've have the jack and tools if you want to come by my house in Orange.  I'm usually home by 5:00. It shouldn't take more than an hour to get it mounted.

Dude!  How did you guys find time to wax your truck already?  Mine's still a mess.

That bumper is the shisnit. (that's as hip as I can come up with) ::)

With CaWoody on the job, their was no doubt.

Supervisors are like windshield wiper blades, you don't appreciate them when things go well, but when the sh** hits the fan...  the squirter thingy helps too.

 the squirter thingy helps too.

is that why CAWoody has a big gulp? so he can squirt people when they slack off?

The Little Mule gotta look GOOD for the mall crawlin'! (Jealous much, ladies?) ;)  Actually, I think it's the wax we used.  Just washed and buffed...

His Designer/Architectural eye came in handy a couple of times.  That and his muscles.  Glad he was there to lend a hand.  ;D

I checked the pinstripes are still there and very uneven between the two side. Just like the hella horns one is higher than the other :-p I noticed after my near deaf experience.
