Title: New Guy.
Post by: shmabs on August 20, 2015, 10:01:20 PM
Greetings,

My name is Mike and I'm a new comer to the xterra world and Southern California, currently residing in Rancho Bernardo.  I'm looking forward to getting to know my new to me 2006 Off Road package Xterra along with meeting some new folks.  Everyone loves pictures so here's some of my previous vehicles.

1997 Toyota 4runner, recently wrecked unfortunately.  I built full skids, control arms, a roof rack, C02 rack in the cargo area and swapped in 4.30 gears and the factory rear locker.  It had a short lift and 265's, probably my favorite vehicle I have ever wheeled. This truck took my son and I wheeling all over the west coast and Moab. Its currently sitting in my driveway awaiting a part out, or to be sold whole.

2001 Mitsubishi Montero sport.  I built skids and sliders, put an ARB in the rear, and some 265's.  This was a great truck, and surprised many people including me.

1997 Geo tracker.  I built skids and a front tube bumper, it had a rear lock rite and 30inch BFG's.  One of the most fun, capable and cheap trucks I have ever owned.

There's been a handful of cars thrown in the mix too, but nothing spectacular.  The Xterra still looks like a stock silver xterra, so no pictures of that yet.

Hope to see some of you in the dirt!

Mike

Welcome from Murrieta! Good to see you on the forum Mike. I drove by the office today and believe I saw your Xterra in the parking lot (is it silver?). Too bad you didn't post up just a few hours earlier... you could have swung by the monthly food truck meet-up earlier this evening. Hope to see you out on the trails soon!

Jfanasella,

That was likely my silver Xterra in the parking lot.  I saw the food truck meet up, I will need to make that happen sometime!
