Hey All,
I'm attempting my first GB over on thenewx.org. It's a GB Feeler for Vigg Designs Blackout Hood. If you are interested, its Here (http://www.thenewx.org/forum/showthread.php?t=161546).. ;D

How much would the GB be? 7yr vs 5yr? Will they include gen1's in the GB? I can not access your link nor do I have an account on thenewx.

I will copy/paste the GB info below. Not sure about the First Gen, if you are interested in being a part of the GB, I will send them an email and ask (can't see how it would make any difference, but I can't be certain until I ask). ;)
From the GB Feeler:
I have contacted Vigg Designs to see if they are interested in doing another Group Buy and they are open to the idea.
They will be closed next week for renovations, so this is a perfect time to see if there are enough people interested in being a part of a GB.
Same as last GB, this would be a coupon code that is valid for 2 weeks.
Current prices as per Vigg Designs website:
5yr 3m vinyl: $59.95
7yr 3m vinyl: $89.95
Air Release Material (5 yr) no water: $89.95
Shipping is currently $25 in US

UPDATE:
Viggs Design is willing to do a 3 tiered Discount:
10 purchases = 15% discount
15 purchases = 20% discount
20+ purchases = 25% discount

If you want to see what it looks like on different colors of X's, you will find excellent examples on this forum thread from the last GB.

Ha! I had the same question over on another forum and this is the reply I got:
"The vinyl overlay will last way longer than the Plasti-dip. Don't get me wrong, Plasti-dip has it's place, and is great for some things, but it won't last near as long, (and is much harder to clean) than vinyl. When installed correctly, the vinyl will last for many years with no issues.
I should know, I own a vinyl graphics shop, lol. The Viggs blackouts seem to be pretty nice, and are a good choice." Creepy Cruiser
Also I noticed people who plastidipped their hoods complained of holes.... :'(
So that sold me! ;)

I'm in Hemet at least once a week anyway, so this would work out great. Let's see how it all goes, and maybe we can just buy them together when the coupon is issued.

I have a question (regarding multiple covers per order to save on shipping) in with the vendor. I'll let you know what/if any savings will be available. ;)

Great news, thanks again for setting this all up PainRoller. So - is anyone else in the Inland Empire or San Diego area purchasing one of these? If so, let's split the shipping and save $12.50 each. ;D

Since members are chomping at the bit to get this GB ordered and received, the Coupon Code will only be available for 5 days.
Basically, until all 20 of the GB members orders are in, Viggs won't be able to verify the 25% discount and start production/shipping.
The Coupon Code will be available this Friday (July 10th) thru Tuesday (July 14th).
Then Viggs will begin production and shipping in groups of ten based on the order of submitted purchases. In other words, if you put your order in early, you will get it sooner than the slow pokes....
Anyone else want in on this Group Buy? Let me know and I'll add your name to the list.
