Title: Spotted Black 4dr Fronty - Fender Mods, Titan Swap? and Desert Runner front end

Spotted this SICK Black Frontier today @ 12:00 noon heading up La Mirada from Sycamore in the Vista area.  The rig was sporting a big old California Flag flying high over the rear bed.  Looked rather nice!
