Woo Hoo!!! another OG X!
Welcome from the High Desert.
Many vehicles have a lot of bugs that need to be worked out in their early years, but the X got Motor Trend's SUV of the year right out of the gate. I love my 2000 X. I thought about getting a new X a couple of years back but I decided to pay less money to have a more capable rig.
I'm sure you'll love your X too.

Cool...do you know John and Destiny?

Welcome from Moreno Valley. :) And another good vote for the 1st Gen. I have about 180k miles and it has always ran well. Also, normal maintenance is pretty easy to do once you know where everything is.
