That all this white guy could say. Pepe's food is made the old fashion way, with lots of lard and heavy spices. And they don't skimp on the homemade guacamole.
If you come and partake, you will not be disappointed. Toro should make the trip down for this place it s much better than Chipolte and no E.coli.

I've driven by cooks corner quite a few times, and I'm 100% certain it's a biker bar. I don't think I've ever seen anything but motorcycles in the parking lot!

With that said, I can't make this months meet up. I have to support the wife at her Dance Concert. :-\ I am going to check out the OC Offroad meet up tonight at Oggi's in Fullerton. The flyer says it's every other Tuesday and that last on was on the 3rd. Anybody else heading that way?

We originally set it up for Wednesdays to hit the food trucks at the OC Fairgrounds. That ended up being a bust since there were only a couple of trucks and even fewer SCCX people would show up. We then tried to move it around so others that didn't want to drive to far could make. That ended up being a bust. So for the last two months we haven't tried to meet up anywhere, but I, and I'm sure Spencer, would more that open to resurrect the OC Meet and Greet if there were some other ideas for locations and days.
The third Thursday of each month at Innovations academy seems to draw a pretty good crowd!

I'm not sure where (or even what) Innovation Academy is. Google seemed to show something near San Diego.....Yea, we San Diego guys like to make fun of you LA :D guys. We normally have a pretty good turnout at the San Diego Thursday meetup unlike the 2 guys (Tim and Spencer) that show up for the LA meetup.

For those planning to attend tonight's meet up; I had said earlier that "we" will be there by 6, which means my wife will be with me. I figure the more I make this (off-roading) a team sport the more often/likely it is that I'll get to go :). 6 rigs, not bad! Where are the photos?!? That's more than we've been able to turn out the Inland Empire so far. The San Diego turnout tonight wasn't too terrible:It get's in the 60's and everyone breaks out their Winter's best. lol

I only had my north face jacket from mountain rendezvous in my truck. I have collected 2 out of 3 of the meetups, still need to make it to one of the inland empire meetups to collect all 3.
