Title: Big AF has spoken...
Post by: npgtech on January 22, 2015, 11:21:20 AM: Welp, Big Blue AF has spoken, and looks like I'll definitely be missing the next 4 goneMOAB's. We'll be moving to Hawaii this Spring/Summer (still not sure on timeframe). This will be our second time living on the island, so not too big of a culture shock for Shi and I.
So I'm gonna need to get my CA wheeling on. I've got the X sitting on 35's now for wheeling, but taking it easy, Titan Swap with the suspension lift only, so I've probably got to trim some fender off. So light trips until I get her dialed in. At some point I've got to get rebuilding my front coilovers in before we move too.

Are you doing the Bradshaw trail?....pretty sure we could squeeze a few in before that too!!!

You going to put the 33's back on when you are over there and save the 35's for when you can come back to the mainland for wheelin? I'm not exactly sure how much of that stuff they do over there but hopefully there will be some places to keep you occupied.

Bradshaw would be cool...easy overnighter. A spirited campfire environment would do the both of you good. :)

Post by: npgtech on January 23, 2015, 10:17:05 AM: As of right now, they want me there April-ish, but we are pushing for after Taylor gets out of school, so June.

I've got BFG rugged Trails (32's) that I'm running as my street set, and my BFG KM2's (35's) are on a second set of rims for wheeling. I'll be throwing on the 35's this weekend to see how my X feels with them on as is. I'm not afraid of mild rubbing on the fenders, really just showing me where I'll need to take a cutting wheel to.

Looking at the Bradshaw trail run now, gonna run it by Shi this afternoon.
