Hello fellow Xers
This Saturday, the 9th of August, the Duffman has offered his palace to allow some mods to be made.
Thus, we shall title it OPEN MOD DAY AT DUFF'S LANDING 2448 Gird rd. Fallbrook, CA. 92028!!!
Noon to whenever we're done, but no later than 4.
I will be installing my AAL and new leaf pack, adding the spacers to the front, and shaving/melting/modding the wheel wells to make sure I'm not rubbing anymore....
Come on by if you have some mods to handle.....DUFFMAN'S palace has all the tools and plenty of space to wrench!!!
Post up if you plan on attending, and if you have mods to do, let us know what so we are sure we have the right tool for it!!!!

I've got some parts for mods that are starting to pile up, but I have to make sure the wife doesn't already have my weekend all planned out already . ;D
I have some Bilstein 5100s that need to be installed (coil spring already installed, just needs to be bolted onto the rig), a PML (spacker/shackle - spacer alrady bolted into the 5100 coilover assy) and a full set of skid plates - gas tank, transmission, transfer case and engine. I was planning on doing most of this in my own driveway over the next couple of weeks as time permits, but it sure would be much nicer to have the company (and knowledge!) of the fellow Xterra community, not to mention meet more of the group. In what area is Casa de Duffman is located?

Apparently I was volunteered to help my grandmother move on Saturday morning. I'm trying to talk the rest of the family into starting at 6:00 or 7:00 am so that I am finished in time to make it down to Fallbrook by 12:00. That is, if you guys don't mind having me show up. :)

Chances are looking VERY slim that I'll make it. This "moving" expedition is planning out to be an all day event. I'll do my best but doubt I'll be able to make it in time.

It was awesome seeing everyone and meeting Joe (JFanaselle)
The egg rolls were worth the 3.5 hour round trip... Best ever.

What a great day all around. Thanks to RBduffer (and Nilda!), steve c, knightrider and xxSVxx for all of the help. I feel like I did too much sitting around and not helping anyone else. Definitely need to return the favor next time. And I second the statement about the egg rolls - best part of the entire day! :)
Between leaf packs, spacers, shackles, shocks, melt-mods and cutting fenders, I can't believe so much got done on multiple rigs! I guess I better update my build thread with all of the changes. Or should I just wait for the X's new shoes to get here first? ::)
