Hey, I'm new here. I have a 2001 X I've had for about 3 years now. Looking to meet other owners to get some new ideas and get a run in or two.
I live in Spring Valley.

I don't have an X or have much experience with the 1st gens but I'm in the Rolando area and like to wheel. Lemme know.

I'm not sweating the whole "gotta have an X" thing. It would be cool but I'm really just looking to meet new people to wheel with. I'm tired of being the only rig while my friends just want to ride along. If you have any ideas on where to go lets say in mid-March that would be cool. My X is my DD but I take her out.

Welcome.    I go out to borrego and ocotillo pretty often.  For ideas on mods, check out the builds.  I don't have a build for my old 2001 but can answer any questions you might have.

Thanks! As far as mods go I'm looking at getting a rear locker in the future. I'm thinking I want to get rid of the stock muffler and get a small flowmaster put in its place to make room for an air compressor. I also have lights for the roof that I will install one day. I also need to get new tires to put back on the stock rims because right now Im running 4runner rims on her. Oh and a power inverter.
The pics are a little out of order. The first one is when I got her. The second is how she sits now and the third is after a trip to the desert.

LOL Lurking. Yeah I did that for about an hour yesterday before posting something. To tell you the truth I didnt even know this site exsisted until yesterday but Im glad I found it:)

Welcome to the group. I'm from SD as well, City Heights to be exact. I noticed your from Spring Valley, CarJEEP is also from the area. He owns a nice Frontier. I own an 02 Shock Blue Xterra.

Thanks for all the welcomes everyone! Seems like a bunch of cool people here.
So I will be back in town about March 7th. If anyone is heading out in march to Anza Borrego or around there or even Otay mountain let me know! I'd love to tag along LOL.
Even a meet and greet so I can check out some of your rigs.
