I just made a mounting frame for my 20mm-amo-can saddle bags for the KLR (mototcycle).

There's nothin' that can't be built with square tubing and lots of rod.  In my case a big grinding wheel helps too :-\

Nope... I just ordered it. Should be here in about a week. I still need to adapt it to hydro and build a cart for it.
Anyone interested in a Gobi style rack?

Ooo!  Lets talk.  I've already designed a new rack and was going to talk to the fab shop.

I THINK YOU CAN MOUNT A ROTOPAX ON EACH FACE OF THE AMMO CAN NOW??? USE A PLATE TO REINFORCE THE MOUNT ON THE INSIDE AND BAM, YOUVE GOT AT LEAST 2 MORE GALLONS OF GO JUICE FOR THE KLR.

I like your thinkin.  My little KLR is already preety fat with all my mods.  But I did see Yamaha Super Tenere with the Rotopax set-up.
Gotta make room in the garage ;D

I had this setup on my KTM 640 Adventure.  Those cans are really heavy.  I sold that bike and now ride a Husqvarna Strada.  I don't plan on doing those ammo cans again.

The Yamaha Super Tenere is awesome.  That's next on my list.
