Thanks guys! My wife and I are going to get some wheelin' pictures tomorrow.

I played a little on my way to work and it's amazing to see what the Detroit locker and better tires did for me.

Tom's Brother Ron here. This build exceeded my expectations by far, Tom did a great job. Now we need to build some sliders.

did you brace the trac bar mount at the axle? thats a fail point. the bolt can work its way out or the calmini welds can fail.

if you have not taken care of it, research it. 1 rig I found the mount failed on the freeway and the X rolled, totaled th rig.

I'm actually going to the shop tomorrow. We'll check it out. I've been climbing underneath to double check things quite a bit. I'll really look at the trac bar mount.

The bolt had worked its way out a  little during my first week on the road. Things have felt more solid since I've shaken it out.

Thanks for the heads up. This is my daily driver too. I drive my three year old in it often.

I was able to play on some rocks while I waited for friends before we went rock climbing. (With our hands and feet, not vehicles.)

What is Navitat?
Title: Re: Green Goon
Post by: GreenGoon on January 29, 2014, 11:04:43 AM
Thanks

Navitat is the Zip-line tour I work for in Wrightwood. We're a true tree based canopy tour and a different way to enjoy the outdoors.. Check out our website www.navitat.com (http://www.navitat.com)

I took the day off work to wheel so I figured I'd use my rig to get the word out a little.

It will flex more when the sway bar is disconnected. The Goon climbs like a desert bighorn.
