As some of you might know, I love beer. No joke, I'll wrench on a truck for hours for beer.
A few years ago, my buddy received from his wife, an at home brew kit. He liked it so much, he went crazy! He started researching and became consumed with the brewing art. 2.5 years later, we The Laverne Brewing Company.
He recently opened up his own shop and brew his own beer. He has nothing but brand new modern equipment and brews with nothing but the best. Doesn't use any extract in any of his brews and hand picks every ingredient he uses. This is good stuff and you can taste it. You also get to sit and enjoy your brew in his brewing area.
His name is Tony and his shop is The Laverne Brewing Company. It's near the 57 and 210 freeways, right up the street from the Pomona drag strip and the FairPlex. I have absolutely no financial relation to his shop. It's just awesome beer from an awesome dude.
Try the IPA and the Blonde. Tell him Danny sent you.
I'd like to see our group there after a run some day. He's willing to host and will even have pizzas delivered.

Not trying to high jack the thread but for us SD, El Cajon people there is a new brewery in Santee called BNS Brewery and Distilling. It's owned by a former Navy SEAL. They on occasion have food trucks and might have their own kitchen. I've never been but willing to go sometime.
