Title: Fishing:.....>
Post by: BikersCage on February 13, 2013, 03:26:05 PM
Who does it?
Where do you do it?
What do you fish with/for?
When are we going?

Also who owns a boat and goes out on the ocean?

I need more fishing buddies!

I love it

just recently got back into it

I have a rod but my gear is lacking to say the least, but I'm still down

Fresh or salt water, doesn't make a difference to me

I used to fish off the shore or pier here in town for salt, and stream and lakes for fresh

I love it!!!

I don't do it nearly enough...

It's better to do with a friend...

I love to eat it after I catch it...

I have never really gotten into fishing, but wouldn't mind trying it sometime. Obviously would need to borrow gear, though

Hopefully I dont like it, I already have enough hobbies sucking me dry :D

I have 11 rods and 13 reels (conventional, spinning and baitcasters).  I do mainly saltwater open party boats but some freshwater too.

You should look into the Fred Hall Show, a massively huge fishing convention/supersale happening at the Long Bch Convention center MARCH 6-10, 2013.  They will have manufacturers present,  new and used gear sales, lures and bait, fishing line, t-shirts, hats, apparell, stickers, several salt and freshwater aquariums with live fish for live demos, kids fishing ponds, expert seminars on tips and tricks, a whole section on hunting, boats, boating gear, vacation destinations and FREE GIVEAWAYS ALL DAY LONG!

www.fredhall.com or just search Fred Hall Show.

I think they said sheeps head, it's not one of the normal rock fish people go for around here... I was hoping for a long cod but we were in a 70 foot charter boat so they couldn't go anywhere cool or get places quick... Was fun though.

ohhh. okay. that must have been the senorita? I think male versions of the fish have the black bands, and a good lump on the noggin. LOL  I've only caught sea bass, shark, and halibut  mmm steak)  sounds like fun. congrats on the CB :)

I think Bill Engval described that best as the Dork Fish.  Not the brightest fish in the sea and can be best caught with corndogs.  :D
