Hi John, we're having a quarterly Adopt-a-Trail meeting tonight at Corona Sizzler (exit Magnolia on I-15).  There will be over 100 people attending.  On short notice, this would be a great opportunity to see directly what we do as a large team.

What part of the forest do you want to help out in?  Hemet, Devore, Yucipa, Arrowhead, Big Bear?

Cleghorn is available.

I hope someone from your club can attend the meeting tonight.

Thank you,

Greg.

Can anyone from the Club make this tonight??  I know it is short notice, but would be a huge insight.

And as Greg mentioned, Cleghorn is available.  I know we spend a good amount of time there, and it is close.  Might be just the ticket to get involved.

Please let me know ASAP, and I will get back to him.  I would go, but I am locked down with homework and Alex.

Beware of Cleghorn. It's double work on a long trail. There's the fire road to contend with along with all the black trail off shoots. Only a handfull of rigs can get out to some of these spots.
    It will require lots a hours and a relatively high level of commitment.

Will do.  Burns Canyon/2N02 in Big Bear is also available.

Can you make the meeting tonight??

Yeah...sorry, that would have been helpful...right?  ::)

This came at me a little fast, and I had a day full of meetings plus a mid-day dentist appt.  Danny...I didn't get your text until 5-ish and by then I was figuring with traffic that was gonna be a beyaatch.

Thanks again for trying.  :)
