***Date Change***
So thinking about running Gold Mountain up in Big Bear, CA on the 18th of March... any takers? Let's get some dialog going on this. I'm in if we can get a couple of more rigs going. If you went to the SCCX Rattlesnake Canyon run a couple of weeks ago, Gold Mountain is much more challenging then that. So definitely some armor, mild lift and some AT or MT tires.
When:
18 March
Where:
Vons Grocery Store
42170 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA
Who's in?:

Nick, I might be up for this. Need to find out a little closer what Alex's homework is looking like, but this is a great trail/day trip.
Thanks for posting. :)

I discussed the same with SteeevO. Have you been up recently? We think there's too much snow. BB got dumped on this week.
-
It's still a few weeks away, so hopefully it clears up some by then.

A bit of snow never hurt anyone.

What was that Boy Scout motto?
Ah yes, the trip that prompted Oz to ask "does anyone know where to get a battery powered chain saw".

Bummer, I am getting back from Texas on that day. I really wanted to run that one!!
-
Oh don't worry, I'll want to run it again in a couple of weeks as well. It is such a fun trail to do.
-
Let me know if you're in or not I'll adjust the OP accordingly, just want to keep an update attendee list.
-
If this is a go, I'm in. What time are you planning on meeting?
-
This was for last weekend. We'll be re-scheduling for another weekend.
