I'd like to go but not sure if my X will be out of the body shop by then....  so I'm a "hopefully".

There are some SanDiego and Temecula guys on here. You might have to make your way over to the 15 though.

I have not done this trail, but it has a moderate to difficult rating.  I would not go without sliders.  Does any one know if there are alternate (easier) trails.

I did Gold Mountain in my stock 91 4runner a few years ago.  Except for the first obstacle, which looks more imposing in the above photos, there were bypasses for the tougher spots.

First timers considering this trail -

The trail ratings and requirements are here for your safety and enjoyment.

Sliders, 33" tires, at least a 2" lift, and skids are required for this run.  You could get by with out the skid plates, but should at least Private Message NPGTech (Trail Leader) or myself so we can discuss your rig/off road capability.

If we haven't met or wheeled with you on the trail, we don't know how you handle the stress/tension of body/mechanical damage on your rig, not to mention that trail side repairs can add to trail time (not to mention borrowing our tools  ;)) for everyone on the run if you bring a rig without the minimum requirements.

We never want to turn anyone away, but ask that you consider the group as well as the individual when making the decision to attend a more advanced/higher difficulty rating Xcursion.

Once again, I must state for the record: We are not a club, we are enablers for your addiction.

henrypro11...sorry to hear about your accident, hope it's just sheet metal and glass and everyone is okay.

Thank you for coordinating the sign up list here and over on CF, it is much appreciated.  Get the Fronty patched up soon so we can see you out on the trail.

NPGTech and I are getting ready to head out from St. George, Utah after a great week of wheeing in Moab.

See you all soon!

It looks like I won't be able to make this one, I have no lift and only have a radiotor skid unless you count the factory skids. I am hoping to have a lift kit soon and I think I've narrowed it down to the NissTec ultimate 4WD lift kit.
