Title: A note of thanks...
Post by: LupinOne on May 17, 2014, 12:00:00 PM
As I shuffle along in a haze of fatigue today I wanted to send out a special thank you to Toro who had me come over for a little "Midnight Modding" at the Toro Skunkworks after the kings game.  Not sure what it is about this mod but Murphy sure was having a good time messing with us the entire time.  The big stuff was easy.  The little stuff fought us tooth and nail, but Toro was the Master of Mod in the end.

Thanks again bud and hope your boy had fun at the game.  Try not to snore while out in the field... :P

Just put the final polish on the winch install and all is now fully complete.  Question for the masses.  Did any of you have to re-aim your headlights after installing?  In particular the fog lights.  They seem to be aim really close and there isn't really an adjustment the way shrock has you mount them.  I noted some plastic tabs on the OEM housing that are forcing them to aim down.  I may have to file those off and see how it goes.

I'll get some more pics tomorrow and then upload.

Hey John,
As you lay on the ground and look up at the lights, there is a dial or knob you can rotate. Spin it to your hearts content. One direction will raise the lights, the other direction will......wait for it......
lower them.
