I believe they have surgeries that can correct that.

On a serious note, did you ever get that curved bar mounted? Curious how it came out.

Awning as been received and mounted. I ordered this on Tuesday with free "ground" shipping and it arrived Wednesday!  :o Guess the seller didn't really ship it from Texas, as his page claimed.

A few conduit clamps and a little bit of weather stripping from Home Depot did the trick just nicely.

First post has also been updated with all recent mods and new photos.

Yesterday, I added hi-lift and shovel mount to the passenger's side of the new rack, and re-installed the rear-facing lights (I finally finished fabricating the new rear light-bar/strobe light mount). I'm still waiting for my new side-facing lights to arrive from China. :-\

The hi-lift mount is actually made by Baja Racks for their 6" tall rack. It fits the Insain rack perfectly if you cut away a small amount of the expanded metal flooring where the bottom part of the brackets go. The brackets stick off of the side of the vehicle a few inches, which gave me just enough room to mount quick fists to the top of them to hold the shovel:
