My friend Mike is working with a group to see if they can put enough together. We've gotten drunk with Sean, the owner, many times but I doubt that translates into a $400K discount. There is still a ton of silver in that mountain somewhere. The 40 foot round vein that made that mine rich was sheared off in a fault and they still never found the continuation of it.

Cool. Does this mean we are finally going to get some new subtle innuendo and back-handed comments? It's been way too long. I thought I saw some coming not too long ago, when Jordan announced he had a new welder, but it didn't happen. In fact, I could have sworn that a certain comment looked very different the second time I saw it.
As for a loan to buy that property . . . I think it will take way more than just good credit. I may not know much about working on Xterras, but I do know a bit about commercial real estate lending. This would be a tough one.
