I ran into this clown today.

Those that have been here for more than a few years know what's up.
-
I saw an ad from them on Craigslist the other day, they still have skid plates for Xterras that they're selling. He also has this exact jeep for sale on Craigslist right now as well. Unless it already sold and you saw the new owner breaking it in.

He was rolling with the AOE entourage.
-
It's hard to believe he's still in business. I've seen him at a few shows and got the knowing nod, i just tun and go another way.
-
I've been here for way more than a few years, but I must have missed something.
Would someone care to elaborate.
-
Yeah!! What he said! ^^^^^^
SHARE WITH THE CLASS ;)
-
Short version: stay away from AOE for Xterra products/maintenance
Long story: see short story
-
Maybe over a campfire but for now, see short story.
-
To elaborate a tiny bit more; if I understand correctly, they THOUGHT they could be Nissan friendly, but it turns out they're really just Jeep guys and not good at anything else.
-
AOE set a very high expectation...and WAY under-delivered on both products and service.
That is taking the high road and being kind.
-
I like campfire stories.

Frank, I think you and I met at the OAE garage a couple years ago in Orange County(?) to support them. That was the blissful beginning to a bad relationship. Between SCCX and OAE, not you and I ;D

Ever politically correct John.
