Sleep Pad
« on: August 20, 2016, 04:50:19 PM »
Just a heads up for anyone that may want one. They have the self inflating sleeping pads at costco (Lake Elsinore) for $19.97, too good to pass up.

Not fancy by any means, but would definitely work in the back of the X, or nicely on a cot/ground.

I believe it's this one: https://www.lightspeedoutdoors.com/3-thick-self-inflating-sleep-pad-in-ripstop.html

I have one of these for motorcycle camping. Great product I'm 6,6 230 and had no trouble sleeping on it. Also works really well to insulate you from the ground. I was happy to pay full price so $20 bucks is a serious steal.

I've had those in my camping gear instead of a "regular" air mattress for about 2 years now. They're awesome! Easy to setup and tear down, and very comfortable (even for a fat boy like myself). Much easier to deal with than a traditional air mattress.
