Off Road 2WD, as in Motorcycles
« on: November 11, 2012, 03:23:52 PM »
Hey Guys and Gals
I just got a Kawasaki KLR 650 'Dual sport' motorcycle.  Oddly enough Henni, AKA sdcaKLR, has one as well.  I've tried doing pre-runs on my crotch rocket but as you might of seen that guy in Big Bear, it's a bit like ice scates on a giraffe.  Anyone else have a KLR or other Dual sport that might want to pre-run new trails?  Preferably during the week?
Either way, wadda ya got out there, let's hear about it?

Would not a motorcycle be 1WD?

DannyX has a very nice KLR650...hit him up with a PM and I am sure he would wrist twist with you.

Congrats Randy...when I grow up I want to retire just like you.  :)

Nice! I need to get a tank bag, that looks useful for small stuff.

Can you do this?

That was Kick@ss amazing!  But he missed every cone :D

I did prerun the Oriflamme trail in Anza Borrego last week with the KLR.  It's a fun stock 4WD trail with a tough trail option, too tough for my KLR :P

Have halfway considered converting my ktm to a dual sport as it has been hard to convince the wife to let me get another bike haha
