it bolts to the cargo hold down tracks not the cargo floor cover right?

The cargo floor cover is completely removed and I drilled holes using the supplied steel template directly to the sheet metal.

Welcome back from Pasadena.
   That 3rd row is awesome. If you want to make it easier to work with we can build you a frame that bolts to the utili-track and the seat can bolt to that.
