Adjusted the front Radflos and got an alignment.

Put the tent on the new and improved, Danny modified, roof rack; complete with winter temp sleeping bags.

Getting itchy for some mud and water crossings on the Mojave Rd!
Can't wait to see that rack.

I finally made the leap to HID projectors!  Why the hell did I wait so long?ยก

I ordered the miniD2S from The retrofit Source

Here are some comparison shots.  Nothing scientific, but hey it's something!

Shot with (a week old and brand new to me) Sony a6000.

Camera settings
F8, 800 iso, 0.4 sec awb

(and for the sake of transparency and because I forgot, the stock shots are at 23mm while the HID shots are at 18mm)

The goal with the before shots was to choose the settings that best represented what I saw with my eye.  Is it perfect, definitely not.  Will it serve, SURE!

Wow Steve, looks AMAZING! This mod is very high on my wish list. I've just always been scared of the actual project of cutting the old head lights up, in case I destroy them. I need to find out what to bribe Jordan with.  O0

As for what you were waiting for - I think it's pretty obvious that you were waiting until you owned a nice enough camera to take accurate before and after photos. :D

Oil change and new brake fluid.  Nothing to major but the small things seem to matter in the long run.

Added a Raingler interior roof net that had a little bit of gentle previous Grooters love built into it. Thanks Danny!

I can't wait to use it, should be a perfect spot for sleeping bags, pads, and extra clothing. It'll also make a perfect spot to hang a lantern while in camp.

Got some 33x12.5 General Grabber AT2's mounted up.  So far they seem really nice.  Have not had a chance to take them offroad yet but they do well in the rain.  Nice and quiet on the highway compared to the Wrangler MTRs that got replaced.  I am up in Big Bear just about every weekend snowboarding and the Grabbers are supposed to do awesome in the snow so that was also a big selling point for me.
