Many projects in the works.
- 2nd battery bought, box is built and mounted. Need to run 0/2 wire.
- solar charge controller wired and ready for panel.
- side lights purchases and wired.
Need to build brackets.
- full pads/rotors/ebrake in hand, need to install them.
- new CB/ham ant mounts and cables ready for new masts (I still need to buy).

Not to mention the trailer.......

New tires and rebuilt suspension is in the wings.
Soooooooooo behind on where I'd like to be.

Making room......sounds painful

Tape poster board to fender.

Cut excess and crease fender curve.

Slide it back 3" and retape it.

Take cutoff wheel and follow the curve.

Clean edges with flap disc and paint the edge to protect again rust.

Fender well is widened while maintaining the exact slope of the OE well.
You know you did it right if you can't even tell the well is 3" wider

Yeah, what he said. Do those things ever get in the way?

The best part is the nonchalant attitude. I would be standing there like the hero of a bad action movie trying to decided between the red and the blue wire... Like my life depended on making the cut perfect.

You're right, looks like it was like that always...impressive job well done!

Did you save the fender liners? If so, ow do they attach?

Yeah, what he said. Do those things ever get in the way?

Only when I'm bowling...

How do they fit in the rear?

Seems okay. I'll have to kick the shackles up a little bit.

Those have been off for some time now. They do, however, attached with a set of clips.
