Ouch, looks like you took one heck of a hit there, if you didn't notice it right away I'd guess you were moving at a pretty good clip vs. crawling over some rocks. That's some pretty decent metal shearing there, Fun times.....

Found a small leak from the driver front axel seal. So I went after it..

Before...


20 min later


Culprit found!

 Inner spring seal was just hanging inside the diff.

Axel looks good


New seal in place

Hello Mr. ARB...everything, inside, looks shiny and new.

All buttoned up.


All that work to change a $7 seal. No wonder they charge hundreds to do this.....

Transfer Case rear output seal is next. Maybe this weekend. I'm hesitant because I just changed the TC oil.

LED is soldered directly to the board and I didn't want to take it apart more than I already did. Electrical tape behind the cluster.
