Ammo
« on: December 19, 2012, 05:54:34 PM »
Wow I've been watching ammoman.com for good prices on ammo.  I just checked the site and it's temporarily closed due to a high volume in sales.  They are 7 days behind on orders.

I predict ammo prices are going to go up.....

What does it matter anyway......world ends on Friday.  Thanks a lot Mayans!

I went to a gun show in Ventura two months ago, dropped $180 for 1000 rounds of 7.62x39 (SKS / AK amm)

Report from last gun show had the 1000 round cans going from 210-240, a 15-25% increase. I'll admit I'm glad I stocked up a couple months ago.

I looked on luckygunner.com and they were all backordered on 7.62 & 5.56.  Go figure I'll finally have dough for ammo after the price hikes

Things are improving on this front...a little.

Now you can find ammo...online.

Since the Ammo shortage I've been using the 22lr almost exclusively. Now I'm running low on that. Gotta refuel.

Amen.   Still like the rocks with a little gun powder behind them...

Good luck finding the 22lr it's been none existent for months now.  If you find some in quantity let me know. :)

I picked up a brick of 22LR in SLC a while back for what I thought was a good thing.   I'm sure it is a California thing
