It is now a one off.
however if you want one, now would be the time to order it.
stay tuned for price. it may be expensive. (he did alot of evaluation of the possibilities)

second one may be cheaper since he knows what is possible .
Also the fab is fresh in his and his teams mind.

Limits potential flexing issues. If the carrier flexes towards the cab, the carrier mounted tube makes contact with the top of the bumper and limits flex.

This honestly confuses me. 

Flex where?  If a bumper is built with 3/16" steel, where would the flex come from?  Swingarm/tire carrier?

Well, I also like the higher mount for a steeper departure angle...can't tell you how many times my Calmini/Shrock spare tire dragged in Moab.  Enough to wear a hole in my tire cover.
