Here they are, installed.  It took less than an hour start to finish.

Very kewl.  Used locktite, yes?  Did you use the bolts that came with them or get other ones?  Some folks have had them back out so keep an eye on them.

Yes I used locktite.  I used the blue so I can get them out if need be.  These are the bolts I used.

Forgive me for my inquisitiveness but does this mean that you have to stop and go outside and switch them yourself manually everytime you want to engage to 4wd?

I concur!  Manual locking hubs are a great upgrade...  Just make sure you use locktight.  If you're wondering why I'll be willing to send you a photo of the six sheared off bolts from my old hubs.

Those bolts that come with those manual warns are famous for busting and/or breaking loose. 

Some have upgraded those bolts, I would at least check them every trip or get/carry some spares just in case.

The bolts have already been upgraded and locktite was used to secure them.  I wasn't too impressed with the stud kit that was recommended for the conversion.

Hey Mitch,

Are the upgraded hubs a larger diameter?  I have aftermarket wheels and am wondering my centerbore clearance.
