Cover all the joints and worm gear in grease then wrap it in plastic wrap. The elements will render it worthless if you ever need it.

Noted! Thank you sir. Planning to find a bag large enough to hold it and keep it away from the elements.

Geoff - maybe try one of those vaccum seal bags from Harbor Freight. It's only like $5.99 for a box of 3 or 4 of them. They're more than big enough, and you can vacuum the air out of it so it doesn't take up a bunch of space. They're designed for clothes and stuff, but I'm sure it would work. Maybe wrap the jack in a piece of cloth first so there aren't any sharp edges to tear the bag once it's sealed tight.

Installed Total Chaos Upper Control Arms, Camber bolts, and Radflo 2.0 Extended Travel Coilovers With 600# Springs.  Now she sits level when empty with 10 psi in the rear Firestone airbags.  I will finally stop grading the trails!!

Now to go to Firestone tomorrow and use my lifetime alignment, which I got last year after our Big Bear trip!

Take 2...  8)

I still can't believe the luck of finding the radiator bracket issue just before TMR. That would have been a certain bad situation out in the desert.

PS - how come he wasn't watching that AWESOME end to the Kings game?!?
