Windshield
« on: March 05, 2014, 08:07:59 PM »
Hello guys I was wondering if any of you ever had to replace your front windshield before. Mine cracked today I seen it after I had given my x a car wash there is a long crack on it I think something hit it while I had it parked. Unfortunately now I have to fix it anyone now of a good place I want original nissan glass none of that Chinese glass. At a good price of course. Thanks in advance.

I've had my windshield replaced twice now since I've had my X. I've used safelite and they are really good and good replacement glass at good prices. But it's not original nissan glass but it's US glass

I used safe lite also. Mine has a blue tiny on top. I kind of like it. They where the cheapest I found when I was shopping for one.

Best part... They come to you.

"Chicos Vidrio de Plata" has been good to me. His truck always leaves stains on my driveway though.
....come to think of it, thats around the time my kids bike got stolen.
   Completely unrelated though.

I've always used Safelite.  great warranty if their glass breaks.  National service too.

Hey is Safelite mobile.  Do they roll out to your home or office?

I'll chime in as well.  I came back from a flight and found my front windshield cracked.  Safelite for the win.  You might check with your insurance.  They might have a discount pricing solution with Safelite since the replacement of the windshield is usually less than your deductible.  Mine was 311.40 out the door with USAA.  The manager also threw in some extras.
