Looks good, dude!

I really like the way that round roof lights look.  Nothing agains light bars, but man round lights in a cage really have that "look" about them.

Any plans for suspension in the future?

Hey Jay, what did you use to paint the grill black? I REALLY want to paint mine, but I've always been worried about it chipping up really bad with regular commuting. How is yours holding up?

What's up Joe ,I have always used Rustoleum Texture Spray Paint almost like a BBQ texture. I've used it on my motorcycle's front fork downtubes,a few chips after 98,00miles besides that I've never had a problem.
I also sprayed my Roofrack, back bumper and light bar

Sweet deal. Did you use a primer or anything on the plastic first? Did you sand it or rough it up or anything? I've always had bad luck painting plastic.

I did a light coat of automotive primer, washed it at the Spray wash first, by the time I got home and got it off. it was dry

Now you need to fasten together a bracket for your sons car seat on the top, I can see him digging that bouncing around the desert!

If you're referring to the "Jed Clampet" mod, that's already been tried on an Xterra. If I recall correctly, the results were somewhat less than satisfactory once the pavement was left behind.

A couple of tie downs and I think my son should stay in place, or just JB weld his pants to the Chair

Looks great.  You realize this is just the first bite from the mod bug.  You'll enjoy the extra ground clearance and articulation, then it will hit you.  HMMM! Titan swap?

Looks good.  That's been on my list of possible things to do, but I'm not sure I really need it up here, especially during the winter.

It's a great mod.  It will definitely help keep your engine bay cooler.  Forget have a nice clean engine though, you will get more dust when on the trail.
