Right now he's fitting the new RuggedRocks 180amp alternator to his rig. Other than than that, he's a bit of a turd.

3rd person self aggrandizing with a self deprecating finish... I like it.

Curious what the edict is for mods days & how they work? Just show up introduce yourself, talk shop & maybe someone helps you do a little work? What's a guy need to do to prep for this besides bring a variety of six packs?

Welcome from Oceanside!

If you are showing up for one of the Duffman's mod days in Fallbrook, you should post up the type of work you are looking to do so the determination can be made if you need the level ground closest to his garage!  ;)

Conduct a little more lurking, surf some of the previous mod day threads and get a sense of the type of mods taken on and completed...and good luck!!  8)

Will do thanks!

Anyone else have experience with the PRG equipment I've got? (Radflo 2.0 coil overs and UCA's and 2.5" AAL) Curious what kind of durability/reliability I can expect? And if it'll need adjusting when I add a couple hundred pound worth of bumper, skid plates, etc...

What spring rate?

Probably 600's or 650's...if the latter, you should be fine with bumper/skids/sliders.

I had a Shrockworks bumper and skids with 600# springs on my X and they worked great.

Agreed.
600lb with aftermarket bumper and 650's when/if a winch is ever added.
Of course, this is all preference and opinions will differ.

Well I'm not sure what I've got as I purchased it with this equipment already installed. Once I get it home (mid January) I will hopefully know more. What's the best way to tell what spring rate I've got? Am I looking for a specific part # on the coil over? I'm new to in depth suspension stuff trying to learn as much as I can.....

the springs will have the spring rate on them, you should see 600, 650, 700 in the part number that is on the spring, thats the spring rate.

Thanks! From what I've read I should be able to add sliders, skid plates, & a rear bumper without having to mess with the suspension. Makes my life that much easier.
