Post by: 0317 on December 11, 2013, 07:00:08 AM: The trail is easy and can be done in a stock 4x4. The trail is only given a medium rating do to a water crossing. The trail will be wet, then rocky, then sandy.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat (from the High Desert) so I got a room in Lake Elsinore to save a little drive time in the morning.

For your "navigation system" pleasure, the generic address of the Visitor Center is 200 Palm Canyon Drive, Borrego Springs, CA.
