Pancake Rock

Lee over at Rugged Rocks is getting people together to run pancake rock on Sunday for anyone that's interested.  I've never run it but will probably be able to go.  You tube has some videos of the trail so take a look and see if you think it's one you can do.

I'll post up more details once they're known.
