Hello all,
I was wondering if any of you know how to increase the RPM's on a Gen 2? It has always idled low and i never took it in to get it looked at. Thank you all in advance.

I believe it is set electronically via the OBC. So if you wanted to, you might have to reflash the ECU but I am not possitive.

I would try to find someone with the Bully Dog tunner, or the Superchips. They can flash it for you, but I think it is an one time deal and I dont know how this affects warrenty .I think you have an new X if I am not mistaken. Again let me state the disclaimer : I am not an mechanic , I fix radars and stuff I cant talk about. So I am not an resident expert on this matter.

you dont need to go to the dealer. i dont know the pedal sequence but it requires a sequence where you reteach the computer the TB position.

Well if zac is right then take off the battery terminal for more then thirty minutes to let the obc reset. This will clear the computer and should let it relearn the ecu. This should be done with some mods anyhow.
