Got my 31x10.5x15 Goodyear Wranglers rotated after the first 5,000 miles.  Now they have only 8,000 miles since installed new and they're starting to cup along the two (2) center rows all around evenly on both driver and passanger side.  I got them cross-rotated to see if it help.  Is this the right step?  Is this normal for an MT/R tire?

are they directional? do you have them properly inflated? balanced?
