I bought a house in Yucca Valley and just went for a drive up OWS (247) for the first time. I wanted to see what JV was all about because I hear so much about it. Hell, KOTH was just there last month and I missed it due to work... so it's gotta be nice. So can anyone give me the down and dirty on the area? I did't get off of 247 because I was by myself. Also, I didn't want to accidently venture on to someone's land. What is a good road/trail to look for? landmarks? GPS? I liked the MASSIVE rocks near Ghost Rd. Well, the hand painted sign said ghost rd? (Too bad they had spray paint all over them) Anyone want to go? SCCX trip? I haven't been able to make one yet, sadly. It will be HOTTT out here soon, better get it while it's good!
